This is an old video – Apparently he does not wear eyeliner anymore (Perhaps impending fatherhood has something to do with this change?). Whether he wears it or not, this video remains a surprisingly good guide for boys (Or anyone really), who wants that day old smudgy rock star eyeliner look.
